How It Works

Here’s a simple example:

Agreed Property Price: £240,000
• Term: 5 years (flexible to suit you)
• Upfront Contribution (3%): £7,200
• Monthly Rent: £1,000
• Monthly Ownership Contribution: £280


By the end of 5 years, you’ll have contributed:
• £7,200 upfront contribution
• £16,800 in monthly contributions (60 months × £280)
• £24,000 in total towards your purchase


If you decide to buy at that point, you’ll only need a mortgage on
the remaining:
£240,000 – £24,000 = £216,000

And if your circumstances change and you choose not to buy?
No problem—you can simply walk away.
